I am a patient of Dr. Cash since 2024. I went to see him cause I had very very bad temple headaches ..primary doctor couldn’t help even though they did all kinds of testing so he sent me to cash. I was praying he could help ! boy did he help me !!!! Started seeing him once a week gradually appointments got further apart headaches are gone. still go once in a while to stay, OK, great doctor he’s not like most doctors. He actually takes time to talk to you and ask questions and answer questions. He really cares about his patient!!! recently moved to 43 ACME Rd., Brewer, ME 04412. If you have a problem, I recommend Doc Jim cash. He really cares about his patient s. He helped me when no one else could my life is 100 percent better.

Superior knowledge and bedside manner
I had a minor injury with big pain, and could not use my hand because of it. Dr. Cash performed several adjustments and treatment and within a short time the pain was completely gone and I had full use of my hand again.

Dr Cash is very knowledgeable and experienced. His professionalism makes you feel comfortable and informed. Absolutely Wonderful Chiropractor!
Dr. Cash is amazing. I have degenerative disc disease, and he took the time to explain what we were looking at in my MRI. He is so gentle with his process and procedure that it almost feels like 20 minutes of spa time. I never ache after an appointment with him, and I have gained more mobility since being in his care. I started seeing Dr. Cash awhile ago now and he has been nothing short of amazing. I had imaging done and he took the time to fully explain the results in a way that I could understand instead of all medical terms, he didn’t rush and still took his time doing my back and neck adjustment.
